About

Hello, I'm AnnaI've spent more than 16 years at the Foreign Office, leading through crisis and conflict globally. I developed into an empathetic and inclusive leader, still able to make the tough calls.Alongside that, I build things. I founded The Start Line, a charity using running to support refugee and asylum-seeking women. I'm a Search Operations Manager with London Search and Rescue, a trustee of ShelterBox and a board advisor to Footstep AI.I'm an accredited coach, a Help to Grow mentor and a trained Own My Life facilitator. Kaja is rooted in Cornwall - but I work with leaders across the UK.Why Kaja?
Kaja is Cornish for daisy. A plant that can thrive almost anywhere, be cut down and come back every time. That's the leadership I help people build: clear under pressure, quick to recover, and genuinely their own.
